Neocon Central
A piece in Forward by Allan Nadler (author of the excellent book "The Faith of Mithnagdim") describing the curious philosophies of Leo Strauss, NeoCon of NeoCons. Time is short and mini-bios like these are probably the closest I'll ever get to knowing anything about this suddenly relevant, long obscure thinker thunk.

Strauss is an interesting thinker. Nadler's review was a typical piece of postmodern post-Soviet thinking. Humanities academics of the US can be trusted about as much as the Ku Klux Klan.
