For those avid readers of this blog who are not yet vegetarian but are on a weight loss program

Good news!
Scientists for Cancer Research UK compared the weight gains of 22,000 meat eaters, fish eaters, vegetarians and vegans over a five-year period.

...

They found that everyone gained an average of 2kg, but those who had switched to a vegetarian diet from a meat-eating diet gained around 0.5kg less.

did anybody see the Outback Steakhouse commercial with the Australian vegetarian who is "not a strict vegetarian?" He says he eats poultry, beef and pork...
As for me, I eat dog food and people food and when people try to make me eat rabbit food i throw up and poop in their house.

Imagine. A rat eating dog food. No wonder chewy is so unpleasant - I bet he suffers from unremitting stomach cramps. I think a nice diet of bird poop and bugs would make Chewy a much happier rodent.
